When you request an appointment, we collect your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, street address, your dog’s name, breed and size, special instructions, the appointment you selected, and the date and time of your request.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about the appointment, provide the confirmed service address, keep appointment history, prevent scheduling conflicts, and—when messaging is enabled—send appointment-related communications and a brief follow-up survey.
Who can see it
Customer details are not displayed publicly. They are available only through the parent-controlled administrator portal and the service providers needed to operate the website and database. We do not sell customer information.
Text and email preferences
You may ask us to stop marketing texts or emails at any time. Appointment-related messages may still be necessary to complete or change an active booking. Contact us at [email protected] to update your preference.
Security and retention
The website uses encrypted connections, and database access is restricted. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We retain records only while they are reasonably needed to operate the business, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appointment history.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. Some information may be retained when reasonably required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
